New to the gym?

Returning to fitness after a long absence? In your more senior years and interested in a slightly more gentle strength training program? Our experienced head trainer is excited to offer a customized training program that focusses on meeting you where you are – either build or maintain strength to keep strong and enjoy life outside the gym!

These classes can be taken with the intent of moving on to the main group classes or on their own.

These classes are offered either through our 4/8 class a month memberships or punch pass cards.
